Elizabeth C. Thomas is an associate at Thompson & Reilley, P.C.  Ms. Thomas earned her Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University in 2002, graduating magna cum laude.  At W&L, Ms. Thomas majored in English and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. In 2005, Ms. Thomas earned her J.D. from Wake Forest University, where she served as chairman of the Honor Council. She also became a writing fellow and interned at the Supreme Court of North Carolina. After graduating from law school, Ms. Thomas served as briefing attorney to Chief Justice Adele Hedges at the Fourteenth Court of Appeals in Houston. She joined Thompson & Reilley, P.C. in 2006 and practices insurance defense, commercial litigation, and maritime litigation, including defense of claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. Ms. Thomas is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts, and in the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
